Return Window
You have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How Returns Work
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item.
Important Notes:
- Return shipping: £4.50 + 1% restocking fee
- If the return is due to our mistake (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we cover return shipping
- Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted
- Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for:
- Defective items
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items
We will evaluate the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Undergarments, socks, or skull caps (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once accepted, you can purchase the replacement separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers have 14 days to cancel or return their order for any reason.
Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs:
- Covered by us if the issue is our mistake (defective/incorrect items)
- Paid by you if you change your mind or for any other reason
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: Bank processing times may delay the posting of the refund.
